At GENEVE 1989, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury fashion collections. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all GENEVE 1989 tags and security seals intact to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
